Shipping policy
Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We have a customer-friendly return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Once your return/exchange request is approved, the product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, along with:
- Original invoice copy
- Original packaging
- Product in unused, unwashed, and original condition as shipped
After successful quality inspection, you will receive:

Store Credit (No Expiry)
OR - Exchange for the same or alternate product (subject to availability)
Terms & Conditions
- Return/Exchange requests will not be accepted without prior approval.
- No return, refund, or exchange will be accepted for accessories or add-on products.
- Products purchased during sales, offers, or discounts are not eligible for return or refund.
- In case of a damaged or defective product, customers must share clear images of the defect.
After verification, a replacement of the same design will be dispatched. - A 2.5% payment gateway fee + ₹150 admin charges will be deducted in case of a refund.
- Refunds are processed only if replacement is not possible.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping must be sent via India Post only, and the return courier cost will be borne by the customer.
- Exchange shipping will be borne by Shopgarb.com.
- If a product becomes unavailable after order placement, customers may choose:
- An alternate product
- Store Credit
- Refund of the product value
- Products with handwork, threads, sequins, stones, or embellishments may experience minor wear due to handling and shipping. This is not considered a defect.
- If you do not like the product due to personal preference, refunds will not be processed. Only store credit will be issued.
- Order cancellations are not accepted once the order is placed.
Legal Jurisdiction
All legal disputes are subject to Surat Jurisdiction only.
Shipping Charges (India Only)
- Shipping charges are calculated per product and displayed at checkout.
- Domestic Shipping (India): ₹150 per product
Shipping Timeline
- Orders are usually dispatched within 5–7 working days.
- Delivery across India may take 8–10 working days, depending on location.
- Metro cities may receive orders faster.
Delays in Shipping
- Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to product availability, courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- No return, refund, or replacement will be accepted due to courier delays.
- Orders may be dispatched in multiple shipments, if required.
Product Availability
We make every effort to ensure product availability.
If an item is unavailable after order placement, you will be informed within 5 working days.
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests are accepted only before order processing.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
Delivery Address Guidelines
- Address changes must be requested within 2–4 hours of order placement.
- No address changes will be accepted after 24 hours.
- For multiple delivery addresses, please place separate orders.
- Incorrect addresses may attract courier penalties, which will be borne by the customer.
- Re-shipping charges will be payable by the customer.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.
Lost in Transit
- If your shipment is lost in transit, we will reprocess the order.
- If the product is unavailable, you may choose a refund or alternate product.
Force Majeure
Shipping and delivery may be affected due to natural calamities or unforeseen events.
